that is out thousands of dollars, huge inconvenience and stress. Yet your advice is to file a claim in court, deal with all those out of pocket expenses, go to the preliminary hearings, possibly hire a lawyer, be there to attend how ever many court appearances are necessarry. Never mind what thiss costing me in lost wages or business. Even if I get a claim awarded in my favor, now I get to deal with the banks, any govt. agency, collection agency, or sheriff's department to get what is due. These people understand how incredibly taxing it will be for anyone to get what is owed them. Due to the fact they've already done this before. At the end of it all, they can declare bankruptcy or do a midnite run and that solved all of their problems, didn't it? Get real.
